DhobiGo — Terms & Conditions

1. Services
DhobiGo provides laundry services including: Wash n Iron, Only Iron, Dry Clean, and Premium Care. Service availability may vary by location.
2. Turnaround & Scheduling
Standard turnaround for normal orders is 36 hours from pickup, unless otherwise agreed in-app or via support. Express options (if available) will be displayed in the app and may incur additional charges.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Customers will schedule pickups via the DhobiGo app. Our team collects items at the scheduled time. Please ensure items are ready at the pickup location. Delivery times shown in-app are estimates and may vary due to operational factors.
4. Pricing & Payment
All service rates are available in the DhobiGo app. Prices may vary by city, item type, or weight. Payments are accepted via in-app payment gateways, UPI, card or cash (where supported). Any taxes or platform fees are applied at checkout.
5. Claims, Damages & Missing Items
Please inspect delivered items immediately. Report any damage, loss or quality-related issues within 48 hours of delivery via the app or support number 9993141291. We will investigate and, if found responsible, offer repair, replacement or compensation at our discretion. DhobiGo is not liable for pre-existing damage not disclosed at pickup.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Pickup cancellations made before collection are free. If an item is already processed, refund eligibility will be assessed case-by-case. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Please remove valuables from pockets and inform DhobiGo of any special care instructions via the app. Incorrect declarations may limit DhobiGo’s liability for damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, DhobiGo’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the DhobiGo website and app is the property of DhobiGo or its licensors. Using DhobiGo marks or content requires written permission.
10. Privacy
We process personal data to provide and improve services. Our privacy practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy available in the app and website.
11. Changes to Terms
DhobiGo may update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted on the website or in-app with an updated “Last updated” date.
